REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Note: In accordance with Chinese consumer laws, you have the right to return items within 7 days of receipt for any reason (unused and in original condition). Beyond 7 days and within 30 days, returns are accepted only for quality issues or as specified below.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
The following items are non‑returnable:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in these situations:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, video games, etc.)

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you confirming receipt and notifying you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days (usually 3‑7 business days).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take time for the refund to appear).

Sale Items
Only regular‑priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to:Room 1604, Building 6, Lierda IoT Technology Park, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a quality issue – in that case, we will cover the return shipping fee after verification).
For high‑value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
